🇵🇭 Duterte's 'fake news' crackdown aims to 'silence dissent'

The Philippine government is also cracking down on what it calls "fake news" by introducing new laws for media organisations. But advocacy groups say the move is an attack on free speech and punishes journalists and bloggers for publishing dissenting views.
