Taiwan earthquake evacuees to spend lunar new year in shelters

This should be a time of joy for those celebrating the Lunar New Year starting Friday. But for the people of Hualien in eastern Taiwan, last week’s deadly earthquake has cast a shadow over the festival. The magnitude 6.5 quake killed 17, injured more than 200 and forced hundreds from their homes. But as CGTN’s Rian Maelzer reports, evacuees are looking at the bright side of things.
