Winter's Tragic Toll on Lebanon's Syrian Refugees

Across refugee camps in Lebanon, Syrians are enduring the cold and rain of winter — some for the seventh year in a row. Recent storms have shown the vulnerability of many of the quarter-of-a-million people living in the camps. John Owens, reporting for VOA, looks at the circumstances facing some of these Syrians.
